Advising a German bank on various complex Hermes backed CIRR transactions for term loan facilities (totalling over €1bn) to a well-known cruise company.

Secured revolving credit facilities

Acting for Nordea Bank Norge ASA on a US$600 million secured revolving credit facility to Stolt-Nielsen involving over 35 chemical parcel tankers in various jurisdictions.

Newbuilding term loans

Acting for a first class bank in Oman on a secured term loan facility of US$355.9 million for financing newbuild VLOCs on long term time charters.

Chinese newbuild chemical tankers

Acting for facility agent on complex syndicated term loan of up to $291.8 million to finance newbuild chemical/oil product tankers.
