An employment law specialist, Sarah advises both employers and employees based in the UK and abroad from a wide range of business sectors.  She provides strategic advice on both litigious and non-contentious issues that arise in the day-to-day running of a business, whilst also providing support on the employment aspects of corporate and property transactions.

Sarah has a particular interest in providing a support network for her clients in relation to the employment law issues that arise in the day-to-day running of a business.  From dealing with performance issues and workplace behaviour, to handling grievances, advising on family friendly rights and dealing with redundancies, dismissals and negotiated settlements, Sarah has the experience necessary to give clients the commercial, practical advice that they need.

Sarah has extensive experience and a keen interest in advising on employment litigation in both the High Court and the Employment Tribunal.

Sarah also provides strategic advice on the employment law aspects of corporate transactions.  She drafts and negotiates employment documentation for share sales, asset sales and IPOs.  Sarah has provided advice to clients on the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 and the complexities that can arise in relation to these transfers.

Advised on the TUPE aspects of property transactions and drafted and successfully negotiated employment provisions for the related sale and purchase agreements.
