Sarah’s experience is in shipping, insurance and commercial arbitration. She advises on a broad range of commercial and marine issues relating to general contract, conspiracy, tort, conflicts of law, charterparties and cargo damage, amongst others. Sarah represents clients in both institutional and ad hoc arbitrations and has acted in arbitrations conducted under the auspices of the SIAC and LCIA as well as ad hoc arbitrations under the SCMA and LMAA rules.

Sarah also advises on insurance-related matters. She has experience advising on coverage and non-coverage issues, both in standard form and bespoke.
