Hill Holdings Limited

Advised Hill Holdings on its £150 million syndicated senior revolving credit facility secured on Hill's development projects across London and the Southeast to provide a single consolidated group-wide corporate financing.

RBS and Wells Fargo

Advised RBS and Wells Fargo in relation to a series of 4 facilities to enable a JV formed by Oxenwood Real Estate and Catalina Holdings to fund their acquisition of various logistics centres across the UK for approximately £80 million. 


Acted for NextEnergy on a £100 million revolving credit facility provided by Macquarie Bank which, at the date of completion, is currently the largest bilateral solar financing to take place in the UK. The deal involved the acquisition of 18 UK photovoltaic power plants.


Acted for NextEnergy regarding the acquisition of 3 solar projects from Hanwha Q Cells GmbH for a purchase price of £62 million making this the largest acquisition of operating assets announced by a UK-listed solar company to date. The acquisition was partly funded using proceeds from the £100 million Macquarie Facility.
