Rob has a breadth of experience of acting for domestic and international clients across a variety of sectors. He regularly advises clients on complex acquisitions and disposals, joint venture arrangements and fundraisings.

Rob acts for corporates, financial institutions and high net worth individuals on a broad range of strategic M&A deals. He also regularly advises on shareholder arrangements, strategic investments, partnerships and other transactions and general corporate advisory matters.

Rob's recent sector experience includes energy, healthcare, real estate, facilities management services and TMT. He is also a member of the firm’s consumer practice.

Advised Cofely on its acquisition of Balfour Beatty Workplace as well as its subsequent acquisition of Lend Lease's facilities management business.

Acting on a number of auctions sales, both on the sell-side and the buy-side, which have included private equity buyouts as well as disposals to trade buyers.

Advised on the disposal of UK Specialist Hospitals, a leading independent sector healthcare provider.
