Portfolio trading

Advising an international financial institution (as sub-participant) regarding its purchase of a two secured term loan facilities made available to a Greek ship owner by a UK-headquartered bank, including pre-purchase due diligence and post-purchase advice in relation to enforcement strategy.

Exits

Acting for a New York-based fund regarding the disposal of its investments in the shipping industry, including sale-and-leaseback positions and credit facilities made available to entities in the offshore and dry bulk spaces.
