Nick advises regional and international financial institutions, leading corporates and family offices on secured lending transactions with particular expertise in development finance and project finance on both a conventional and Shari'ah compliant basis. His experience includes advising on the acquisition and development financing of high-value commercial real estate, including in the hotels and hospitality sector, and super-prime residential properties, both in the MENA region and the UK. In addition, Nick has notable expertise in the infrastructure and renewables sectors having advised on the project financing of a number of wind and solar projects and other infrastructure projects in the GCC. Nick also advises his clients on their general corporate lending needs and on their on-going finance requirements. Nick was recognised as a 'Next Generation Lawyer' by The Legal 500 in 2018.
