Liz is an associate in the commercial litigation team specialising in construction and engineering disputes.

She acts for developers, contractors, specialist subcontractors and consultants in relation to projects in the commercial, industrial, high-end residential, health, leisure and transport sectors.

Liz has experience of working on standard form as well as bespoke construction contracts. She has advised on disputes relating to design and defects, delay and disruption, contractor insolvency and payment. 

Her experience also extends to rail disputes, public procurement challenges and general litigation matters.

Liz trained in the firm's London and Hong Kong offices.
