Libby acts for a wide range of stakeholders including insolvency officeholders, debtors, banks and other financial institutions, funds and directors.

Her practice covers consensual restructuring, using restructuring tools such as schemes of arrangement, CVAs, COMI shifts and pre-pack administration sales, formal insolvencies, business disposal, managing counterparty risk and advising on management duties and risk.
