His practice extends to a wide spectrum of corporate and commercial matters with particular focuses on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, telecommunications, and real estate development. He strives to provide practical and workable solutions, and has worked on various complex market-leading matters, including advising KDDI CORPORATION and Sumitomo Corporation on their US$2 billion joint operating arrangement with Myanma Posts and Telecommunications, and advising Digicel Group Ltd on its US$125 million disposal in Myanmar Tower Company Ltd, to Axiata Group Bhd’s tower company, edotco Group Sdn Bhd (M&A Deal of the Year (midsize) - Asian Legal Business' Southeast Asia Law Awards 2016).
