Konstantinos is a finance associate specialising in shipping finance, particularly in relation to advising leading banks on bilateral and syndicated transactions, including the financing and refinancing of second hand vessels and new buildings.

The vessels were registered under the Greek and Maltese flags and the facility included a multi-currency option relevant to the vessels' chartering commitments.

Advising on the transfer of its portfolio security of Greek mortgages following the transfer of loan facilities between the bank's different legal entities.

French bank

Advising in relation to a facility granted to a Greek international shipping group, including cash flow and cash sweep provisions and security documentation relating to a vessel's change of flag from Liberia to Cyprus.
