Kamini is a shipping, offshore and international trade lawyer who focusses on shipbuilding and offshore construction advising our clients on issues surrounding charterparties, contracts of affreightment and commodities contracts.

Kamini has broad experience in international arbitrations involving large scale shipbuilding and offshore service contracts. She also regularly advises P&I Clubs, shipowners, cargo interests and charterers on disputes arising out of charterparties and contracts of carriage and parties to commodity/sale and purchase contracts.

Beyond that, Kamini regularly reviews and advises major ship yards on the commercial risks and exposure under shipbuilding and offshore construction contracts.

She also has experience in marine insurance having advised on coverage issues and exposure arising out of a major casualty at sea.
