Judith is a senior associate who specialises and advises on all aspects of restructuring and insolvency. She has extensive experience in both contentious and non-contentious work.

Judith advises financial institutions and specialises in the restructuring of companies acting on behalf of banks or the companies themselves. She spent 14 months on secondment to one of the major clearing banks, reviewing and drafting restructuring documents as well as advising on the enforcement of facility documents and the consequences of such enforcement. 

She has acted for banks, insolvency office holders, debtors and directors. Her practice includes working on CVAs, pre-pack administration sales, formal insolvency and advising on management duties and risk. Judith also deals with litigation in formal insolvencies in both corporate and personal insolvency situations as well as fraud and asset tracing matters.
