Private equity buyouts

Advised Bowmark Capital on the merger of two of its portfolio companies, Leaders and Romans, to create a market-leading property services group, with more than 140 branches across the UK, and combined revenues of over £100 million.

Advised Bowmark Capital on the £51 million buy-out of Nexus Vehicle Rental, a leading B2B broker of rental vehicles in the UK, from its previous institutional investor, Livingbridge.

Advised Bowmark Capital on the disposal of restaurant chain, Las Iguanas, to Casual Dining Group.

Advised Bowmark Capital on the £80 million disposal of JacTravel Group, a technology driven B2B hotel accommodation wholesaler and provider of inbound travel services, to Vitruvian Partners.

Advised Educas, an investment firm focused on the education sector, on the acquisition of International School of Europe Group, a group of schools in Italy, from the European arm of global private equity firm H.I.G. Capital.

Secondaries

Advised SL Capital on both the acquisition and disposal of various private fund interests in the secondary market.

Advised UniCredit Bank AG on the on the disposal of part of its European private equity portfolio comprising in excess of 30 fund interests.

Advised Bowmark Capital LLP on the establishment of Bowmark Capital Fund V, with commitments of £375 million.
