Jonathon is a real estate partner and head of our real estate practice. He advises on all aspects of commercial real estate predominantly in the UK and Europe. Clients value his judgement, insight and hands on experience of how to tie the strands of a deal together.
  • Profile
Jonathon acts for commercial and institutional real estate investors, developers and landlord and tenants on individual asset and portfolio purchases and sales, sale and leaseback transactions, forward funding and forward commitment transactions, development projects (including site assembly, pre-lets and development management agreements), joint venture structuring, tax structuring, real estate finance and asset management. He is a member of the BPF and IPF.

Jonathon is described by Legal 500 UK as being "very commercially minded, with a measured approach to negotiations".

"He talks about potential opportunities without releasing confidentiality and thinks about two different clients that may like to get together to talk through some ideas rather than spilling the beans. He's a discrete catalyst."
