Joanne is an associate in the commercial litigation department with broad experience of complex domestic and cross-border disputes in various sectors including finance, regulatory, insolvency, aviation, commodities and telecommunications.

She has acted on a wide range of disputes for corporates, banks, trustees and state owned entities and has also worked as in house legal counsel for a major airline.

Jo has had experience of both High Court litigation and international arbitration before the International Chamber of Commerce, London Court of International Arbitration and Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, as well as advising on PCA-administered UNCITRAL proceedings pursuant to a bilateral investment treaty. Jo has also acted in a range of insolvency matters advising liquidators, creditors and companies in winding-up proceedings.
