Advising private equity firm Bowmark Capital in relation to financing the acquisition of insurance brokers group Aston Scott.

Salutem Healthcare

Acting for Salutem Healthcare on the financing aspects of its acquisitions of the Pathways Care Group and Modus Care Limited (two providers of specialist care services). Financing was provided by the Lloyds Banking Group and institutional healthcare investors.

Sea Containers House £325 million redevelopment, ING Real Estate & Landesbank Baden-Württemberg

Advised banks in a club deal for the redevelopment and refinancing of the iconic riverside building Sea Containers' House of which part now comprises the Mondrian Hotel.

TIAA Henderson Real Estate, €47.3 million commercial refinancing, Italy

Acted for Rende Shopping Centre S.p.A. (a borrowing vehicle for TIAA) on the refinancing of a shopping centre in Rende by Deutsche Bank. This was a complex cross-border financing involving close co-operation between lawyers in the UK, Italy and Luxembourg.
