Jacqueline specialises in banking, syndicated lending, acquisition finance, real estate and structured finance. Having worked in London, Edinburgh and Dubai has given her a wide range of international experience within the sector. She has experience in legal training, advising on legal opinions and legal issues, knowhow, precedent drafting, current awareness and knowledge management.
With over twenty years in practice, she has experience of working in a magic circle firm for a number of years in London and international experience in Dubai. She has also worked in Edinburgh and in-house at two banks before working in legal publishing. She has penned several articles in Journal of International Banking and Financial Law and is now a contributor to 'Practical Lending and Security Precedents'.
She has been a member of the City Finance PSL network for many years and also attends the CRI PSL network in the city of London. She assists with the Secured Transactions Law Reform Project all of which she is developing links for our lawyers on law reform and practice. Jacqueline was appointed to the Consulting Editorial Board of LexisPSL Banking & Finance in 2016 and attends the board meetings.In November 2016 she was interviewed for her views on the LMA Security Agreement for real estate finance transactions.
