Advising international manufacturers on the best joint venture structure for their relationship with local distributors and on distributing their products in the GCC region.

Represented a UK investor in schools on the acquisition of a 100% shareholding stake in an international school in Oman.

Represented a Chinese e–commerce retailer, on UAE commercial activities including its distributorship arrangements and advice on the UAE's regulatory framework for crypto-assets and distributed ledger technology (blockchain).
