West End portfolio

Acting for an investor client on the acquisition of strategic office, restaurant and retail buildings to grow an extensive portfolio of West End properties.

Industrial portfolio

Acting on the acquisition and financing of multi-let industrial sites for an investment fund.

Retail acquisition 

Acting for an investment fund on the acquisition and financing of an out an town retail park in Bedford for around £31m.

Portfolio sale

Acting for a pension fund on the sale of a portfolio of 40 mixed use for circa £115m (at previous firm).

Development

Conditional development agreement

Acting for a development manager on the grant of an option agreement for a development site conditional upon planning permission for the redevelopment of a former RAF base into a science and technology park.

Forward funding agreement 

Advising a pension fund on the acquisition and forward funding of a development site for £14m, pre-let to Tesco.

Retail redevelopment 

Acting for a UK financial institution on the redevelopment and modernisation of a London Borough high street development around the existing occupiers by varying occupational leases to allow for landlord development rights and re-gearing the leases.
