Diana is an associate with the litigation team. Specialising in civil and commercial litigation, Diana also has experience in enforcement proceedings.

Diana assists clients throughout French legal proceedings, from the pre-litigation phase to enforcement measures. She represents worldwide companies in several matters involving in particular termination or breach of contracts.

Diana holds an advanced degree cum laude in Business Law from the University of Paris Panthéon Assas (2013). She speaks French, English and Mauritian and is a member of the Paris bar.

Representing a British company in a dispute against the broker following the purchase of vessels.  Subsequent assistance for the finalisation of the vessel sales.
