Denise has assisted in handling a broad range of contentious matters, including employment disputes, landlord-tenancy disputes, contested winding up applications and shipping disputes involving charterparties. She has also drafted, reviewed and provided advice on various legal documents including wills, employment contracts and terms of use contracts.

Denise is acutely aware of the varying needs of each client and seeks to provide advice specifically tailored to the interests of each client. As a result of her experience in a wide range of matters, Denise boosts our firm's general dispute resolution capabilities.
