He acts for banks and other institutional investors with a particular focus on Europe and the US, advising them on a broad range of financings from syndicated debt transactions to sale and purchase, joint ventures, leasing and restructurings.

Acting for the agent on behalf of a syndicate of banks in respect of a $300 million revolving credit facility to a newly incorporated special investment vehicle listed on the Oslo stock exchange and created for the purposes of capitalising on the surge in the tanker market.

Acting for the agent on behalf of a syndicate of banks in respect of a $895 million term loan and revolving credit facility. The purpose of the facility was to refinance the existing debt in relation to a fleet of 36 tankers vessels.

Acting for the agent on behalf of a syndicate of banks in connection with a refinancing of the existing debt relating to three tanker vessels owned by a large ship owner.

Acting for DNB Bank ASA, New York branch on the $608 million refinancing of the joint venture vehicle set up Teekay Corporation and Marubeni Corporation for the acquisition of the AP Moeller-Maersk's LNG shipping business. 

Acting for the agent for a syndicate of banks in respect of a $397 million bridge facility to a large ship owner for the acquisition of 12 second hand tanker vessels.

Acting for the agent for a syndicate of banks in respect of a $127 million bridge facility to a large ship owner for the acquisition of 6 second hand tanker vessels.
