Christina is a finance associate specialising in shipping finance, particularly in relation to advising leading banks on bilateral and syndicated transactions including the financing and refinancing of second hand vessels and new buildings.

Christina has experience in restructuring and work-out transactions including rescheduling of facilities and subordination arrangements. She also assists owners in respect of sale and purchase of vessels, deposit and closing arrangements.

Christina holds a degree in law from Swansea University and a Master of Laws in International Law with specialization in Environmental Law from City University, London.

Assisting in the rescheduling of a loan facility and execution of collateral security documents in order to refinance the balloon in respect of a foreign currency loan to two single purpose shipping companies and secured over two vessels.

Assisting in the amendment of a loan facility for a major international bank in relation to the rescheduling of the final maturity date and repayment dates in relation to the outstanding balance of the loan secured over two vessels, including amendment of vessel security.
