With twenty years of asset financing expertise and a particular focus on ships, aircraft, rail and rolling stock, Aude has experience in advising a range of French and international banks and financial institutions on complex transactions.

Counsel in the Paris office, Aude specialises in advising on asset finance, project finance, tax leasing and export credits.

Aude has experience in advising a range of French and international banks and financial institutions on the financing of a variety of assets including ships, aircraft, rail and rolling stock.

She also advises both banks and project sponsors in the context of project finance, including on infrastructure and renewable energy projects as well as shipowners and charterers.

In addition, Aude's practice covers the whole spectrum of French banking and finance law, including export credit, tax leasing, structured financing for French and international financial institutions. She also advises on shipping matters and has an extensive knowledge of ship registration with a wide range of registries.

Aude speaks French and English and is a member of the Paris bar since 1998.

Aude has been nominated in the “Up and Coming” category of the Chambers, Europe, 2017 edition.
