Anna has acted for a broad range of clients including large corporates, high net-worth individuals, and financial institutions from across the globe in a wide variety of contractual and commercial disputes, including shareholders’ disputes. She also has experience in large cross-border litigations.
Anna spent half a year on secondment as Counsel at the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) in London with a particular focus on matters involving parties from Russia and the CIS region. In this capacity, she oversaw a number of international arbitrations, in a wide range of industry sectors including construction and engineering, commodities, finance, mining and energy and IT and telecoms.
Prior to joining Stephenson Harwood, Anna was an associate in the Moscow office of the international law firm advising on corporate, financial and commercial law.
