Advised Longmead Capital on the purchase of two office developments in Manchester.

Fort Dunlop building

Advising Tristan Capital Partners in relation to the ongoing asset management following their acquisition of the Fort Dunlop building. The property, which used to the Dunlop Rubber factory, offers 340,000 sq ft of office, retail and leisure space.

'The Cube' Birmingham

Advising Tristan Capital on the real estate aspects of their £60 million acquisition of the Luxembourg incorporated company which holds 'The Cube', a 215,000 sq ft mixed-use development in Birmingham.

Industrial portfolio

Advising SREIT on the management of their industrial portfolio in Milton Keynes.

EasyHotel

Advised easyHotel on the purchase of three hotels in Birmingham, Cardiff and Ipswich and worked on the grant of a long-lease to easyHotel in Milton Keynes.
