Advised BW LPG Holding Limited on a US$400 million syndicated multi-tranche KEXIM and commercial lender backed loan facility for the purchase of 7 VLGCs under construction at Korean yard.
Advised the minority sellers in the sale of Crystal Jade Culinary Concepts Holding Pte Ltd and Crystal Jade Culinary Concepts Holding (Great China) Ltd (which own the Crystal Jade group of restaurants) to L Capital CJ Pte Ltd (part of the LVMH group).
