Take partner input, for example. The experience that partners bring to bear will often have a significant impact on the efficiency of the team. Partner involvement at the right times helps ensure that associates focus their time and energies on the issues that really matter. We are committed to providing our service in this way - and as a result, we manage matters more cost effectively for our clients.
Of course, it could be said that all law firms work in this way. This is not, however, our experience. Many firms operate a different business model, involving higher levels of gearing – in other words, more associates per partner. This can result in less partner involvement on a case or transaction.
